But wait 7 days until the first wash. That’ll allow enough time for the ink to set properly.
I washed mine on regular cycle in warm water for 47 mins, put it in the dryer on normal cycle, medium heat for 41 mins and there was no shrinkage. I also washed it with other items and there was no ink transfer. You can expect a bit of fading on the print and the bag will become softer and more pliable.
